Owl. They find out that Bear is home sick and take some of their candy to them. It teaches sharing and caring for others.
We ordered this party game for a school gift at We read the party game to the kids and they loved it. A great story for either girls or boys.

Every year, as the leaves start turning gold and the night air gets chilly, children all over the world begin dreaming of the Great Pumpkin. Well, at least one faithful child does. Poor Linus. While Charlie Brown, Lucy, Snoopy, and the gang make preparations for trick or treating and parties, this stalwart believer risks their ridicule to write his annual letter to the mystical orange orb, in hopes that this year he’ll be able to catch sight of his hero as he rises from the most sincere pumpkin patch around to fly through the air with his bag of toys for all the children. For over 35 years, children have eagerly anticipated not just for the tricks and treats, but because they know their favorite television spec …

Franklin and his friends are into in this game.

Again, as with all the Franklin party games, we have messages, good messages, stuck here and there throughout the story. Like the other Franklin party games, the illustrations in this one are of the same excellent quality. The more you look a them, the more you find which allows a lot of fun, in particular with the younger kids. I love this series and do recommend this one like all the rest.

Franklin is a little cutie and he has lots of nice friends. They are all excited that is coming and they are making big plans. The bright colored, detailed illustrations of the quaint woodland world where they live are brimming with wholesome, good natured fun. This is a good party game for introducing to little ones so that they will not be unnerved by mysterious ghouls who’ll come knocking on their doors on It shows Franklin and friends getting their costumes ready for a party, painting, cutting and pasting decorations, bobbing for apples, playing a pumpkin toss game, and trick or treati …

So you’ll have a candy bag superimposed on a car door or a lollipop floating around next to a balloon. Neither of these bother my daughter at all, though she just enjoys paging through and finding the objects again and again, and spotting the “batty bats” flying around each page.

It’s not be all and end all of picture puzzle party games, but it is a rousing good time. …

I purchased this party game for my two sons ages 2 and 4.

Jonathan London should be ashamed of this title. If you as a parent think it is funny for the text to teach your child “trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat; if you don’t, I don’t care, I’ll pull down your underwear” then buy it. Otherwise, boycott this party game for all the right reasons!!! Truly distasteful and offensive literature.
My grandchildren love Horrible Harry stories. The are 7, 9 and 10
I read this party game to a classroom of twenty third and fourth graders, and successfully kept their attention for almost half an hour. Engaging dialogue combined with situations immediately familiar to emerging readers makes this a great autumn read.

My three year old son loves this party game! We have so much fun looking through all of the pictures and finding the hidden objects. It has been a great tool for increasing concentration.
I got this party game for my 3 year old granddaughter as a present and was so disappointed in it that I bought a substit …

This party game is your typical Froggy party game.

Sunday, April 20th, 2008

There is the usual event where Froggy turns “more red in the face than green” and the reference to underwear. I teach 2nd grade, and my students still have that “EWWWWW” reaction to underwear or nakedness, so the party game has that shock effect. The only thing that I do not like is the “trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat. If you don’t, I don’t care, I’ll pull down your underwear”, but the kids love it. I just don’t love it when they repeat the verse or go home and say it!

I love the touches of the changing of w’s to v’s to sound like a vampire, and of course the abundant onomotapeia. If you love Froggy, then you’ll love this party game! It is perfect to add to your collection of stories to read before going out!
Our first grade class rated all of Jonathon London’s Froggy party games. Froggy’s was rated the favorite Jonathon London party game. Jonathon London has made reluctant readers excited about reading. Kids love watching Froggy get into …
